This presentation examines the dynamics of firm-level production networks in Hungary (2015–2022), focusing on the formation and dissolution of input-output links. These changes shape economic outcomes like growth, productivity, and market power. By comparing firms that create or sever links with similar firms that do not, the study identifies key drivers of network evolution.
